Hi I've had Chaotica (the studio version) for quite a long time now. I've enjoyed watching some of the things it can create on its own and of course I've attempted to learn the formulas behind creating imagery. Below is a link I found on deviant art by a very talented user, one I'm sure most of us know of: http://orig05.deviantart.net/68b1/f/201 ... yla2.chaos Would anybody be able to explain how one uses this code with Chaotica? How it can be imported? any help would be very much appreciated. I'd really love to see it in the software (if that is the intended purpose). As you can tell my knowledge on this is rather limited. I have installed Chaoshelper if this comes into it at all? Again any help would be fantastic. |

Hi Damian, .chaos files are Chaotica's native file format, you can open them with File -> Open. I tried opening the file you linked (first right click -> save as), but it seems the newer version of Chaotica isn't getting the zoom / scale right on this rather old param file (you'd need to zoom the camera out to see the design better). |
