Post subject:  Rendering a partial (zoomed) portion of a fractal?

I don't have any extensive experience in fractal design. I have a few simple ones that I am trying to render. My inexperience with the images rendered, requires me to render the whole fractal, then crop out what I don't want into a 7x10-400DPI PNG to be printed on photopaper.

My question is, is there a way to only render a zoomed (200%) portion of the fractal? I am trying to cutdown on the render times, but also keep many subtle details of the fractal.
Thanks

Alt + left click and drag pans the view.
Alt + right click and drag zooms in/out
Alt + left click + right click and drag rotates.

Or you can open the world editor and use the settings on the camera node.

I suggest setting the resolution to the final resolution, and then using the zoom and pan controls to home in on the portion you want rendered. That will save you a lot of time.
