Post subject: | XML Import Causes Hard Crash |
Hello All, I'm new to Chaotica and was attempting this beginner's tutorial here: http://tararoys.com/intro-to-fractals-m ... n-chaotica Everytime I click on "Paste XML Data from Clipboard" Chaotica immediately crashes. Since this tutorial is the first one referenced on Chaotica's Tutorials page, I was hoping maybe someone may know of a way to solve this problem. I have tried multiple XML files, complex and simple, and even tried importing with an empty clipboard and the result is always the same, Chaotica crashes. Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks! |

Hi, yeah this is a confirmed bug in 1.5.5, and is fixed for the next version 1.5.6 to be released soon! Sorry for the inconvenience, I'll do my best to get the new release out tomorrow. |

Although... I just tested it with Chaotica 1.5.5, and it seems just fine.
