Post subject:	License no longer recognized
Hi, I looked into the licensing issues on this forum, but couldn't find this issue: my license key is suddenly not recognized anymore by Chaotica (worked fine for a couple of weeks). When I start up the software, i can adjust the render settings without problems, but when choosing a random world, it render settings revert to the preview resolution, and a license issue pops up when I re-enter the resolutionI previously set without hiccups. No hardware or software additions, the only change I can think of is a recent Windows update. Thanks for a quick reply, since I currently can no longer produce real world quality renders.

Same issue. Can't increase the size of my worlds, i receive an error saying my license doesn't allow it, and yet if i check the license is HD.

Do you have your original email from Chaotica with the license key URL? You can reset from that link. Click the link and scroll to the bottom of the page where it says "Request License Reset". Otherwise, I would suggest emailing support@indigorenderer.com because the developers are not very active on the forum.
