I'm getting some odd changes when clicking "ultra quality" (see pics)

Any idea what or why it is being altered like this?

I can link the file too if you want.

Attaching the file so someone can verify. All I do is click "Ultra Quality" and it throws things out of wack.

Hmm... I guess I cannot upload the .chaos file. Not working on this particular board.
