Checking again. I bought a second license, but now I need to change from one windows PC to another, and the license is tied to hardware ID. Is it really the intent that users tie their software package to specific computers? |

Convert to an online license and then just login once you get to the new PC. It should move the license over. |

Unfortunately I don't recall setting up a password, and when I request to reset it I never get the email, nor will the developers respond. I'll probably just buy another seat at this point. |

Hello, I have same problem here. I've purchased licence without online account, then changed hardware. Now I I have online account but I don't know how to add my license there? Please advise! |
