Hello,

I bought a Chaotica 2 license back in October (full license); recently my hard drive failed, so I replaced it and reinstalled everything I had before. In other words, same computer, same motherboard, new hard drive.

I can't find an email with a link to the licensing page anywhere- I'm not sure I ever got one- though I've got my paypal receipt and order number and everything else. I screencaptured the page the first time I set it up as well. I was wondering who should I email or talk to and what do I need to do to get my license reactivated? Thanks in advance.

Hello, sorry for the delay, I don't currently have access to the support email, I'll raise this with Nick soon.

I've sent an email to the account associated with your username, which is the same receipt as when you purchased Chaotica; thanks for your support! In the meantime you can mail thomas.ludwig@gmail.com if you like.
