Hi Everyone, With this release we've put some more work into online licensing. Online licensing allows you to use your Chaotica licence from any internet-computer easily. Thanks for the update. Just trying out the online licensing part but the instructions say "On your order page, click the 'claim order' link. (In the middle text on the order page)." and I don't have a 'Claim order' link. I bought the license for Chaotica 2 back in 2019 (and also Chaotica 1 back in 2015). |

Actually I've just seen my original order for Chaotica 1 does have a 'claim order' link but the order page for my Chaotica 2 upgrade doesn't have a link to click. If I click the 'claim order' for Chaotica 1 will that recognise that I've actually upgraded to 2? |

Hi, The 'claim order' link only shows up when you're logged in, that could be the problem. |

I've logged in but there's only a 'claim' link on my 2015 Chaotica 1 order page. Chaotica 2 upgrade from 2019 doesn't show a 'claim' link even if I log in. |

tbm72: I think it was a cookie issue, which should be fixed now, however you will have to log out of your account on store.glaretechnologies.com and log back in. |

Great, thanks Nick, seems to be working now and I've registered successfully via the app .gif "Smile") One thing, under the 'Lease end' heading on my order details page it says 'about 1 hour from now' and under Devices it says 'about 1 month from now' under the 'Expires' heading but presumably it won't stop working when it reaches those times?
